My husband and I intended on booking with Canyon Paddle but accidentally booked with a different company.  When we got to Canyon Paddle Co. we realized what had happened but instead of sending us away, Gary was so gracious to offer us an additional paddle board (we still had to pay for one cash) so that we didn't have to make an additional stop before heading to the river! I was so surprised! It was the kindest customer service I have had in such a long time!  Gary also hooked it up with 4 life vests and 3 paddles and just saved our little booties. HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The paddle boards are already inflated,  and he helped us secure the boards to the top of my Kia Soul. So good! Top notch experience! Friends rented boards and they got everything ready to go very fast. I brought my own board and they offered to blow it up for me and let me borrow a life jacket as well.
