Returns Policy
At Canyon Paddle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we do not offer a return policy. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. This policy applies to all items, including paddleboards, accessories, and other merchandise. We also do not accept returns for special orders or clearance items. Special orders are custom or unique items that are ordered specifically for you and cannot be returned under any circumstances. Clearance items are final-sale products and are also non-returnable.
Damaged Returns Policy
If you receive a damaged product due to shipping, we will assist you in addressing the issue. Upon receiving your shipment, we encourage you to carefully inspect all items immediately. If you notice any damage to the product or packaging, please notify us right away. It is important to take photos of both the packaging and the damaged product. This documentation will help us file a claim with the shipping carrier and assist you in receiving a replacement.
